Mephisto.... of course. This chapter was hilarious though. I imagine that Mephisto's there to clear things up....or complicate them even further.

This was a hilarious chapter. I loved the facial expressions on everyone when they walked into the classroom. I am still not sure if this whole Renzou thing will be a bizarre little blip that will never really be discussed again or part of some bigger plot that is still unfolding.

I hate that it felt like there was some big reveal with Lucifer there at the end but it seemed to have gone over my head. Cant wait for the book release so I can read it all in a huge chunk.

Im glad Shima keeps his friends.

So everyone distrusts Mephisto. No surprises there. He's been pulling the strings behind pretty much anything and everything that happens to them. It seems as though we might get some more history about Lucifer in the next chapter.

So Lucifer intends to target Yukio's insecurities. And Shima absolutely cannot be trusted, not because he's loyal to the other side, but because he isn't particularly committed to either.

agreed. shima is committed to himself and his own fun. he may have feelings of attachment to bon and co. but he won't let that commitment get in the way of him having fun.

Are we truly to believe that mephisto doesn't know about yukios powers? and if yukio does end up manifesting his powers lets all just hope the manga doesn't end up like the anime...

Thirded, it seems Shima just doesn't want to commit to any one side full stop. Hey may well just end up playing both sides until it's time to pick the winning one. He's obviously not bothered whether Lucifer or the True Cross get their way.

In retrospect it was always strange to ever think Yukio would be completely powerless. Rin may have got the blue flames, but Yukio is still a son of Satan. And yeah, I also find it hard to believe this won't have crossed Mephisto's mind.

That was a fun chapter as the title would suggest, nekkid Rin and Shima were the best, though I wish we had more scenes of them.

Silly chapter but at least people shared their feelings on Shima.

Yeah, there wasn't much in the chapter. It was just a bit of fun. There weren't any particularly surprising reveals from any of the characters.

Chapter 69 was pretty interesting. I reckon Mephisto's being a bit crafty when he reveals that his body's being strained by keeping time slowed down though. If it fails and the gate opens, he won't even need the body any more, will he?
