Why are there no hollows that are Aizen/Ywhach/Yamamoto/5 war potential level?
Hollows live in an environment where it's almost always survival of the fittest. For that reason many hollows are battle ready and experienced. Even with this being the case, there are Shinigami and Quincy that reached a level that Hollows have yet to reach in the series.
IMO there should be plain hollows that are captain level, not to mention Menos and Arrancar. With the help of the Hogyoku's ability to increase power, the Espada still felt short of the top level and their supposedly the strongest hollows Hueco Mundo has to offer.
Granted there are Hollows with haxx power, but none with stats like Yama. His speed, strength, reflexes and reiastu are well above the Espada.
