Discussion Who do you think is the best chef?

From the chefs we've seen, I think it's a toss up between Joichirou and Gin.

It's hard to make a top 5 in this manga, every chef looks awesome until it comes down to a shokugeki

I would trust Soma with making something I would enjoy eating. Home cooked basic food, that is the best.

Well we don't have much of a choice as to choosing the best chef in the series

As you hve said yourself, it's either jouichiro or gin, and we don't have enough elements to debate on the question

Gin became the 1st elite 10 seat, but jouichiro dropped out of tootsuki so we can't base our judgement on this matter

Well imo, it could be Gin or jouichiro or maybe even Azami. The latter was already a 3rd seat in his first year which is no mean feat.

It´s a supernatural feat, lol Azami in his 1st year at Totsuki got time to get to 3rd seat while having to monitor events like The Autumn election, etc... He most have God Tongue at least lol.

Pretty sure, Azami would be Gordon Ramsay level chef or higher if he existed in our world lol, would love to eat something at one´s of his restaurants if that were possible lol.
