you could just try to find out if you have game testing companies in your area.we're lucky here in Montreal cuz we have a Ubisoft and EA company in town

Maybe we'll test for Ubisoft next... Splinter Cell ._.
Although it'll probably be out before we're done with EA
Can still dream :P

I got a job last week for 3 months which might not pay much but is really fun. I'm a video game tester ^^
I'm paid minimal wage, but I get paid to play game =3

OMG. If I got payed to play games, even sports ones, I'd be in heaven. I just applied to be a cashier at the commissary. *sigh* I don't even have a clue how much it pays. Probably minimum wage.

I second LadyHatake... that's a job I wish I had as well. But early on, I already knew I didn't have the patience to deal with computers though so... but if there was a talent I wish I had, it would be technology, because I'd love to be a game designer.

Game designer? My dream job. However, I know that if I become one, then I'll probably end working for a small company, if I even find a job But then again, it's pretty complicated.

And getting paid for playing would make me a rich man. If I ever get such a job, I hope I don't end up having to play racing games. That would kill me.

Guess what?! My team won our field hockey game tonight! We beat the number 1 team. yay! Actually, if all of my team would show up to every game, WE'D be the number one team. But they don't show up sometimes, meaning we have to play 3 man down or 4 man down (i.e. instead of having 11 pllayers on the field, we have only 7 or 8, against a team of 11.)

We play a tournament next week to see who the top team is in our division. We took first last year, so I'm hoping most of my team will show up to our games. But I doubt it.

Yeah, it sucks because I sit on the sidelines and watch while the rest of my team plays
Only like 5 weeks left till I get this cast off...I think. But I love watching my team play. We're all really close. And I love cheering them on, even if it's from the sidelines.

Aww thank you! Kusachu is really good at that stuff. It took her like 3 months to do it, but the end was certainly worth the wait

You mean NHL? I usually root for the NY Rangers.

I will definently stay The people here at MH are great. Once school starts, I'll probably only be able to get on only a couple times a week, but once I get through October I'll have more time. With field hockey season and yearbook and National Honor Society and all this other stuff, plus homework and college/scolarship applications, I'll be busy. Once the new year rolls around I'll have most of my scheduale cleared up.

But I won't leave. I'll just be lurking less often

Well EA is known for bringing mini add ons in the price of full games. Battlefield2 for example...buwaaahh and all the sport titles every ear >.<

I see... Well, like I said I never played any other sports game (heck aside from Need for Speed, I never played any sports game at all before sunday (NHL); and I had never used an XBox/XBox360 before then either)

Maybe, but I wouldn't go around yelling "WOOHOO!! They got <insert new/improved function here> in there! YEA! Nothing else matters! as long as THAT's in there, the game rulez"
and so on

Anyway, did some more FIFA today. God it's buggy o.o
