I am about the bas news but still that you'll scan it. The funny thing: you both have problems with the scanner and you have vol 1 in store while fkeidjn has volume 2 in store

I just finished scanning ch. 6. I'll be finishing ch. 7 later tonight concluding vol. 2. Although, you guys gotta wait for the Edited Manga. I just wanted to let you guys know that it's safe to know what someone will be Editing this. I won't reveal the group yet though, i'll just tell you to keep on the look out!

Jump Square isn't out yet. The only thing out for the new Jump SQ series is a one-shot for Kure-nai. You can find it over at the Jump Square thread.

As for Tegami Bachi, up until now I'm guessing I'm the only one that has volume 1 on hand right now. Sorry >.>

P.S.: Shiki won't be released until December

lo all, nice to see other people interested in Tegami-bachi! Does anyone know if there's a translation out or in the works for any of volume 1 yet? I heard there was a group working on a Edited Manga already... I've been working on and off on a rough translation of the first chapter, and was wondering whether I should post it :x I'm new to MH so sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Just wanted to know whether there was interest or not!

Yeah, I translated and edited the first chapter (125 pages *ouch*) 1 month ago, but nobody QCed it yet...

YES THERE IS! PLEASE POST IT!!

I can really only read about half of the dialogue, but I love what I've seen of Tegami Bachi. It's good to see so many people saying they've translated the first ridiculously long/heartwarmingly touching chapter, but it doesn't really help the cause when the translations aren't posted anywhere.

I'd even be happy to see a WIP and would be willing to help with proofreading/QC... my Japanese isn't outstanding, but I have a great dictionary.
