If you mean names I see in school text books, or my maths or literacy homework, yeah probably. Though 一郎, 四郎, and 五郎 sound like brothers to me XD while 張三, 李四, and 王五 are more clearly not related since they have different surnames (zhang/chou, li/ri, wang/ou.)
I dunno about Japanese homework, but text books wise Hanako is definitely something I remember seeing often
