Question Screen tones!

Is there a site out there that I can paste screentones to my manga without: printing, downloading, or cutting them out? Please reply!

I don't think there are any. Why don't you just download some?

There is no other way but to download screw tones and use the multiply layer on photoshop to lay it out. It's much more easier and helpful because it's clean, free, and you can color right over it without covering the screw tone. Just go to deviantart and type "screen tone"
