Question relation Anime chapter-Manga chapter

Hi guys, im wanting to read the shokugeki manga, but i dont know where to start. I saw all of the anime seasons, so if you can tell me the manga chapter from i can start reading without getting ahead of the anime nor reading from the start of the manga.
