We had scans in the late One Piece Mega Convo Thread, but it get lost with all others threads some weeks ago. Thanks to Redon from APforums I will post it again with a link to download the whole volume (36 pages):

Very artsy, but I kind of always thought of those panels as "little movie sequences" like that, Oda has a sort of cinematic way to his drawing, the man can capture movement pretty well.

One Piece Volume Z confirmed as a present in One Piece Film Z

Nice, we´ll have another mini-Volume based on One Piece Film Z (like Volume 0) as a present for all people who goes to the cinema. Probably we´ll have a special Manga chapter too about the film in next weeks (like chapter 0).

It's nice that Oda can show us some of the more important support characters without wasting those pages within an arc. Quiet a big incentive to see Aokiji and Coby in the movie, sadly it will take a year to reach us.

To be exact, it's "Volume 1000" titled "Z". It says it's an artbook featuring concept sketches of the characters and creatures. I don't much expect there will be a special manga chapter so far.

Bon KUREI is probably the official name in Roman letters, I'm sill investigating though.

I can't access the link, but are you referring to the guy with sunglasses in Roger pirates? His name is Scopper Gyaban which was unveiled in One Piece Blue Deep. He is obviously No.3 in Roger pirates.(gold,silver,copper) But this doesn't spoil the possibility that he is Kaido because Kaido might be just a commonly know name like Big Mom.
