"PINGU",the most vigorous penguin boy,
was created by Otmar Gutmann,an animation creator in Switzerland.
This movie is a test film which is found, among many works of Gutmann, only by chance.
A short piece of 30 second,silent film.
This is a very special movie proving that Gutmann had,in his mind, the idea of story that a penguin is the main character.
