A long-haired Hidan? xD (Sorry if you don't read Naruto, it's a character that your guy just reminded me of ^^)

The main thing I see for you that you need to work on right now are ears. His ears need to be bigger.

Otherwise, it's pretty good. Try shading it and it should look even better. Unless you intend to color it, of course.

thanks for the tip, I will try to redraw it, checked the hiden dude btw he look awesome :> but yea will work on the ears and maybe color it in a photoshop.
