One day, you open the door to your humble abode only to find Tabata standing right in front of you. Through means he will not divulge, he's managed to master the art of time travel and has decided to go back in time to add in the Diamond Arc before he jumped into the final arc. Of all the millions of fans, he's chosen you, yes you, dear reader, to help him plot out some ideas for this arc. How he found you and how he learned to master your preferred tongue, again, he will not divulge, but he seems to be on the up and up and promises not to use his methods for evil purposes like stealing your identity or raiding your refrigerator. He takes out a notepad and waits for your answers.

TLDR; What would you have liked to see from the Diamond Kingdom Arc that never was? What character moments or story beats do you think would've been great to explore? Where would you have placed this arc in the series' timeline?

Morris being the main antagonist of that arc. The unknown 8th SG being the strongest and having Gnome. Mars actually teaming up with Asta to bring down Morris.

By now I would say that as a probability it no longer exists, since this will be the last arc.

Also, recycling Morris for the third time in a row I think would be too much even by Tabata's standards.

I'd say the arc of the elves almost immediately, perhaps totally eliminating the part of the trial that really didn't add literally anything.

In this way, perhaps the presence of Morris among the ranks of the Dark Triad would have made more sense.
