hows my clean?

i posted this in the eyeshield forum but it went unappreciated T_T. Anyway the raw is here: http://mangahelpers.com/forum/index.php?topic=2815.180 but i cant download it for some reason to post the page (it is the 190 HQ raw and the second to last page). It took me a while to do to it because of all the different shades of grey and some of the "make the lines look better" stuff. Anyway, here it is:

I like it, except I don't think Noise is the answer to making the greys look good.

Try using a pattern from: http://psychobob.xepher.net/screentonez/
Fnuckale and I especially like Pattern 5 from Dots and Screens pack 2.

yea i figured. I took it from your guide on the sfx section. I was too lazy to go the better route. Also does that pattern pack have different shades of grey or is there a way to change it

The pattern pack has different shades. Pretty much all you could ever want.

Oh, and you can't download it cause it was hosted on the BF FTP and it's probably not there anymore.

ill check it next time i clean something. I am thinking of doing the "Dragon Ghost" but i needed to know about the gradients and now i do.

edit: thanks fnuck. I should have deleted the grey underneath after i made the new layer but i was too lazy about it.
