Ueda's art is so faithful to Hiro's because in many ways it is Hiro's. Gaiden definitely had the best art for someone not working off of Mashima's names. Anything is better than Ice Trial's art though. As far as city hero goes, it seems to be a weird alternate dimension story. IMO this would have worked better if there was no magic, and the main character just had gag weapons (like Natsu uses a flamethrower). It's entertaining, but.... I dunno, I prefer spinoffs like Gaiden.

I do not see Happy's spin off very often, but that week's episode was very good, give it a look

The Spin-Off of FT are quite entertaining, Happy's is very funny and his story has grown a lot, but his very childish art makes it difficult to follow.

the City Hero I love that gives high priority to all the characters in the series and new stories.

city hero is better than something like fairy girls but I would killed for a canon spinoff like gaiden or ftzero, I love side stories focusing on a specific character, it reminded me of kakashi gaiden and how good that was. No idea why they thought people would care to read some whack happy spinoff for kids. Something 400 years in the past, Jellal/CS, Brandish/S12, they had so many more interesting choices but naw let's go with happy. I'd take a light novel at this point

The complete past of zeref and Acno for started.

But no he prefers to do something on happy mouais :/ .

Let's pray for there to be another more interesting spin off.

For city heroes for what it tells it is interesting.

I would prefer Irene spin-off how she fought in war and knows Acnologia, City of Heros is fine, it at least has consistent tone.

I love the Spin Off of FT, but I would love to have some based on the stories of the Dark Guilds and the pre-war Alvarez Empire with Ishgar, basically to learn more about their backgrounds.

I would also love to see a story about Irene and Ana in their lives before the great war and how were their paths that took them to their destinations
