Help Wanted Could someone help me with learning how to draw?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I want to learn some basic skills just so I could materialize the ideas in my head. I have school level of drawing so it's not much. My end goal is to make my own story happen but my imagination is too visual to just write things, my idea is to make something like a sketch book to organize everything. I don't know anything about making mangas, comics, books or whatever but I have to start somewhere! Also I have a cheap drawing tablet that I bought on impulse, I hated it immediately.

If you guys could help me I'd appreciate it!
