Question Cooking Head to Head: Sanji v Souma

Because the Shokugeki no Souma trio did a one short of Sanji story, I believe this question is appropriate to the thread here; Who is a better chef between the two? Sanji or Souma? I think the answer's is pretty obvious but who knows. My answer probably be Sanji for he probably never lost to a shokugeki battles in one piece and he even made Big Mama knee to his cake. Souma on the other hand, Im not hundred percent sure what his win streak is like as I didn't watch all Shokugeki eps. Nice one shot from the trio though.
