From what I've heard, the Shingeki no Kyojin movie was done very well. Never seen it though.
Can't think of much else. DBZ Evolution was definitely crap in my list though.

Oldboy is easily the best of the ones I've seen (I only found out it had a manga several years after I seen the movie). It's a great film. Edit - not the Hollywood Oldboy.
DB and Speed Racer were sooooooo bad. Even compared to all movies I have seen.
Hopefully in March next year I can say Ghost in the Shell is a great adaptation.

I would have to say that Shingeki no Kyojin's live-action movie was disappointing. The graphic is so weird and awkward that you can tell the special effects didn't work (heck, some TV series did better than that) and I wasn't impressed with the characters relationship. Such a waste. Same goes for the adaptation of Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji and Itazura na Kiss.
However, my hope is restored after watching the two Chihayafuru movies. It's a rare case for me because I know the original works, but I didn't mind the changes in the movie because the story telling is still going smoothly. (In case of Rurouni Kenshin, I didn't read the manga, so I was really satisfied with the movies). I'm very excited to hear more about the third movie.
