Description by MU:
Ten different Chinese authors decided to talk about their own vision of Beijing life, and the changes made to the city due to the 2008 Olympics. Various subjects are drawn here (destruction of old houses, athlete selection, pollution...) and the graphic styles vary from standard black ink to coloured works looking like contemporary art.
Eni's Mini-Review: As our very first featured manhua, this compilation of 10 popular Chinese authors and artists certainly is a nice entry into the world of Chinese comics. The artwork and storytelling varies greatly from chapter to chapter. Some I didn't like much, or found weird. Others were really good too read. Overall nothing outstanding but there's only so much you can expect of short oneshots. It is a enjoyable read and certainly a faszinating ticket for your way into the manhua scene. Enjoy!
