Discussion Asahi's Insulting Victory over Eishi and his Belittlement against Chef's prowess

OK, folks. We need to talk. I mean seriously, we need to talk about Eishi's insulting defeat by Asahi. After reading this chapter about champ vs. chump, I seriously can't help myself but to feel bad for Eishi's humiliation by the phony Saiba, whose "superhuman ability" revealed as leeching chef's abilities as his own . Sure, we all know that Eishi's defeat is unavoidable but not like this! Not to a "chef" who used all kinds of knifes as his own "superhuman" power to create ridiculous cooking. What makes the entire thing tragically depressing is that all of Eishi's years of hard work and improvement as the best chef are now wasted once Asahi steals everything from him by obtaining his kitchen knife from his fallen opponent-leaving our hero Soma, the "small fry" Asahi belittled so much since teen-hood, as (seemly) the only person who can beat this miserable copycat.

And that is not even the disgraceful part! In one of his interaction with his blinded idiot Sarge, Asahi's disrespectful remark about chef's desire to win indicates that he doesn't even care about cooking at all! This only adding more question about him:

1. If he hate chef and cooking that much, then why did he bother to collecting knifes from his defeated opponents?
2. If he hate chef and cooking that much, then why did he even try to kidnap Erina and forcefully marry her out of his twisted confession of love?
3. If he hate chef and cooking that much, then why did he recruited some of the weirdest yet skillful chef into the group only to betray them by beat them up and obtain their very knifes?
4. If he hate chef and cooking that much, then why did he try to win various cooking contests he has lost counted?
5. If he hate chef and cooking that much, why did he so obsessed of bringing misery to Soma for being a biological son of his master and surrogate father?
6. Of all things, if he hate chef and cooking that much, why did he learned cooking from the wandering legend-who was a family man until his wife's passing-until the age of 15?
