The ref being very liberal with stopping for injuries overall and then swallowing his whistle towards the end only when US players were down. Also very inconsistent with what was a yellow card and what wasn't.

The US was far more dominant in the first half and I think better overall, just a shame that Zimmerman challenged Bale the way he did when he didn't need to.
