Yeah, the japanese pronunciation is Makora but in manga it's spelled as Mahoraga. It's inspired by an Indian myth of the same name iirc.

Almost every 5 star character so far have had their beta kit either improved or overhauled in some way. Jingliu, for example, had an above average kit for a limited 5 star initially but then they vastly improved her and now we have a monster DPS.
