For Colour pages we save them in jpg for black and white we use png File Size depend on Image Quality like some pages need 8 bit colour to 256 depend on details sometime details were lost like pattern lost details etc

You need effect Outer Glow and element size increase size so it will make like that

I suggest you leave it like that because you may not have TL for that SFX if you got no need to typeset too because many Edited Manga group leave it like that and place text above panel like sfx: crash

I face problem with File Saving Process because tutorial for File Saving give me bad results loss screen tone effects i.e pattern got something and pattern loss its details. I can't put it in word because i don't know what should i call it so i use 256 colour which increase file size but give...

I mostly use Healing Brush for Re Draw if powerful redraw need i use clone tool because it good for that stuff normal stuff i use healing brush and clone tool because it save times and cover that with text lol.
