If he had to storyboard (though I imagine he has at least some of them storyboarded at this point), draft, and ink 411-430, and the assistants still needed to do their work? We wouldn't...

Also, the manuscript paper is different from the usual one he uses. Same thing happened with the one in 398: Though even if it does run in WSJ, we know the chapters won't release weekly. Unless the wording in the editorial department's message wasn't accurate. Another one of those things...
