I think it'll stay in WSJ or go to Jump+, but World Trigger released (and still releases) 19-page chapters in Jump SQ, so it is possible. Though that's the last place I'd want the series to go.

Stories written by other authors to capitalize on popularity. The original author will usually do a few new illustrations and give some small details.

Nah... lol. He's only going this fast because he most likely has these chapters (through 410) already drafted. If he had to storyboard (though I imagine he has at least some of them storyboarded at this point), draft, and ink 411-430, and the assistants still needed to do their work? We wouldn't...
Also, the manuscript paper is different from the usual one he uses. Same thing happened with the one in 398:
