Let's use this one .@Demonspeed Thread?
HAHA I wanted you to be the one to make the last thread thoughLet's use this one .
To add on to this, there is a line in the chapter (Not sure who it is from though):Little Spoiler about Dr. Stone chapter 232, final chapter.
Senku and the other returns to the Earth safely. They are decorated for their deed.
Then there is a time skip of a few years, we see that the world has been recovering little by little (there are planes, cars, big cities...). Taiju and Yuzuriha have gotten married and everyone celebrates.
Taiju goes to a lab because Senku hasn't been in the wedding, he brings a piece of cake for Senku. And there we see that Senku is working on creating a time machine, which is a giant-sized Medusa.
Yeah, that line is...To add on to this, there is a line in the chapter (Not sure who it is from though):
"When we finish the awesome science craft (the time machine), we'll get married too!"

What is your overall rating/score of the series? In terms of the arcs from the beginning, up till the final chapter? Out of 10, what would you give it, I mean.I'm.. actually pretty sad about this. The final arc turned out to be a bit of a letdown for me. I think the true climax, in terms of tension/plot development, was the second planetary petrification death gambit.
Overall I’d give it a 8-9/10. Easily my favourite read of the past several years. As for arcs…What is your overall rating/score of the series? In terms of the arcs from the beginning, up till the final chapter? Out of 10, what would you give it, I mean.
Anyone else who is interested can also answer
I feel the same way in terms of it being my favorite read. It's my favorite ongoing manga, I do wish it was longer. I was actually hoping it would get to chapter 300 or so.Overall I’d give it a 8-9/10. Easily my favourite read of the past several years. As for arcs…
1- treasure island arc
2 - ishigami village arc
3 - ryusui & domestication of Japan arc
4 - stone wars arc
5 - xeno arc
6 -moonshot arc (has felt more like an epilogue in its pacing tbh)
highest dramatic tension moment was the second planetary petrification.
I was thinking about this yesterday, and realized that at the end of SA arc they had a complete Medusa. So any new towns they go to, any villains they came across they could just petrify.Inagaki could surely tried to create some other villains in each city they established, or something like that. But once Xeno turned good then it was just a race against time (kind of, since they took years to finish the rocket).
He says something like wanting to save all those people who died in the first petrification wave (A bit unclear, this part). They lost a lot of statues and people back then, some are buried in the sea and etc etc.Why does Senkuu even want a time machine?
I think there were ways around it. A group that invented something (a drug) to accelerate the mind when a petrification ray got closer. A group with more Medusas. KoS medusa breaking, etc. Solutions to that could be achieved, IMOI was thinking about this yesterday, and realized that at the end of SA arc they had a complete Medusa. Huh, this is actually interesting. I remember thinking that there were other methods for breaking out of petrification other than nital/nitric acid.A group that invented something (a drug) to accelerate the mind when a petrification ray got closer.
This was the whole TI conflict, no?A group with more Medusas.
Yeah, just like the Medusa mentioned higher brain activity, maybe some other group realizing that on their own. Xeno and Co. kind of used that knowledge, he asked everyone to maintain their consciousness active etc.Huh, this is actually interesting. Well, kind of indeedThis was the whole TI conflict, no?
It's the last...Is this last chapter or the next one will be last?
